poor soundproofing non-functional mini-fridge

the staff was helpful, they assisted with directions to local attractions.

The room's soundproofing was really poor. I could hear street noise all night. also, the mini-fridge wasn't working. it was warm inside, a problem because i needed to keep some drinks cold (it was pretty frustrating).

The room was spacious. It had plenty of room for luggage. The bathroom featured a modern shower. There was no shower over a bath (which I liked).

The staff was not very accomodating. They refused basic requests like water cartons on the second day (stating they only provide them on the first day).

The room size was generous, and I found the bathroom particularly well-appointed. Staff members were friendly and helpful, addressing my questions promptly. The breakfast buffet presented several options, and I noted almond milk among the dairy-free selections. Its proximity to nearby establishments and the town's core was convenient.

I wanted to iron my shirt, but there was no iron in the room. The hotel only has a steamer iron available to use.

the bed was massive it met my expectations

the rooftop terrace was not open this disappointed me furthermore the cushions were saturated from rains i found this unacceptable when walking into the center I saw eye watering sights in a red light area

fantastic stay!

helpful staff super clean room safe luggage storage

i found the staff helpful. they provided umbrellas on rainy days, so exploring was MUCH easier! the rooms were super clean and modern. i was also able to leave my bags safely when i arrived early, which allowed me to start exploring immediately. what a plus!

the hotel only provided one bottle of water for my entire stay, and it was not replenished daily.

The hotel is near main attractions. I love to walk! it took me only about 10-20 minutes to reach those spots. there is also a grocery store nearby, really convenient.

my bathroom had two sinks, a shower, and a balcony! the room was very spacious. lots of storage space in the room plus a sofa were available. i loved having a coffee machine, and i got four coffee pods per day!

The superior double room was spacious (I appreciated the extra space). The staff was nice from check-in to check-out. They stored my luggage for a whole day on my last day, since my flight was late at night.
